When should I book Winterization?
We recommend booking by mid September. Fall schedules fill fast, and your system must be blown out before the first hard freeze to avoid cracked pipes.
Do I need to be home for the service?
Not usually. As long as we have access to the water shut-off and the controller (often in the garage), we can complete the service while you are at work.
What if I forget to book?
If you are on one of our Maintenance Bundles, you don't need to worry. We reach out to you to schedule your priority appointment before the rush.
