We treat your home the way we treat our own.

We didn’t set out to build just another contractor company. We built Irriglo to feel human. From the first call to the final walkthrough, our goal is to make every interaction feel personal, honest, and easy.
No scripts, no pressure, no being passed around. Just real people who listen, communicate clearly, and take pride in doing the job right, so working with us feels more like calling a trusted friend than dealing with a stranger.
Meet Mike
I learned what real leadership looks like long before I ever thought about starting a business. My dad ran a large company, and growing up I watched how he treated people. They were never just employees. Everyone was part of the team. Everyone mattered. That approach shaped how I see work and responsibility to this day.
I lost my dad when I was sixteen, and from that point on I had to grow up quickly. Not long after, I became very close with my stepdad, who also ran his own business. I learned a lot by just watching how he handled pressure, showed up consistently, and treated people with respect. I’m genuinely grateful for the lessons he passed on.
Those experiences are a big reason I take Irriglo seriously. When someone trusts me with their home, I don’t take that responsibility lightly. I’ve spent over fifteen years working hands-on in landscape lighting and irrigation, learning the trade across different companies, property types, and installs. Along the way, I saw what happens when work gets rushed and communication slips. I always felt there was a better way to do this kind of work.
For me, it’s simple. Treat people the way you’d treat your own family. When I show up to a property, I want the people I’m working with to feel comfortable, respected, and confident in what’s happening. No pressure. No shortcuts. Just honest work done properly.
Outside of all that, my life is very much about home. I’ve known my beautiful wife Danielle since we were about seventeen years old. We were best friends long before we ever thought about getting married, and we tied the knot in 2020. Growing up together has shaped how I show up in everything I do. We recently bought a century farmhouse, and I love being outside working on the property, especially in the evenings when the lights come on. Our two dogs, Faith and Saint, are usually right there with us.
That feeling of a calm, comfortable home is what matters most to me, and it’s exactly what I want Irriglo to bring to every project. When it came time to build Irriglo, I knew I wanted to do it with Ryan. We’ve been best friends for years, we see things the same way, and we both care a lot about doing things properly. There’s a lot of trust between us, and we stand behind everything we put our name on.
Meet Ryan
I’ve always been a bit intense with details. I notice crooked lights, uneven lines, and loose ends most people walk right past. I joke about it, but it’s real. If something feels off, it sticks with me until it’s fixed. Before Irriglo, my life was split between two worlds.
One was hands-on and practical, running Camp Cookstown, a dog boarding camp. The other was music, starting from an early age, recording and touring with my twin brother as b4-4 and later as RyanDan.
Music took us onto some pretty wild stages. We spent about three years in Las Vegas singing backup vocals for Shania Twain. The photo of me with her on this page is from those shows.
Being in that environment made me see how much feel and small details change how a space looks and feels, which is exactly what we focus on now with lighting and irrigation.
Irriglo is where all of that comes together for me. I notice how a place feels when you pull in at night, how the lawn and gardens handle the heat, and whether everything works the way it’s supposed to without becoming a hassle. I like walking the property with you, pointing things out, talking through options, and keeping it simple. I want you to understand what we’re doing and why, without feeling pushed or sold to.
When I’m not working, I’m at home with my wife Aislyn. She’s calm and steady. She sees things clearly. Where I can get intense or ahead of myself, she slows me down in a good way. She sees through me fast, and I trust her more than anyone. We’ve built a life that feels solid. We cook. We take care of our place. We play with our two dogs, Shiloh and Remy. Most of my best thinking happens at home, not in an office. That calm, comfortable feeling at home is what I measure everything against. If it doesn’t feel right, it’s not finished. That’s the standard I bring to every property we touch.
