My water won't shut off. What do I do?

Shut off the main irrigation water supply immediately (usually found in the basement) and call us. This is often a stuck valve that requires professional repair to stop the flooding.

Do I need to be home for the repair?

Not usually. As long as we can access the controller (often in the garage) and the water shut-off, you can carry on with your day while we work outside.

I have brown spots even though the system is running. Do I need to water more?

Likely not. Adding more minutes usually just wastes water. The issue is almost always poor coverage or low pressure. We perform a spray audit to adjust nozzles and ensure proper head to head coverage.
